“Sketchley Hill Menphys
Nursery
fundraising boosted by Under 14s”
Hinckley
Under 14s, sponsored by Williams Recycling, gave a boost to the
Sketchley Hill Menphys Nursery this weekend, in their
fundraising for new soft play equipment.

The
Nursery currently has 37 pre-school children, aged between 2 and 5
years, with a range of special needs, and the new soft play
equipment will be put to good use in helping with sensory
development. The Menphys
Nursery aims to provide a safe, bright, lively and stimulating
environment, offering a curriculum designed for each child,
according to individual needs.

 The
Under 14’s donation of £250, to the Sketchley Hill Nursery, was
generated by combining forces with the
ASDA ‘In the
Community’ programme, when the team turned out to raise funds by
bag packing at the Hinckley ASDA Superstore.
Another
great result for the Under 14’s, this time in the community,
rather than on the rugby field.
